We answer everything that is not marketing. If you are writing about a bug, it helps enormously to include:

• The tool you were using and the source and target formats.
• Your browser and operating system (for example, “Chrome on Windows 11”).
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Please do not send us the images that failed. We do not need them and would rather not have them: this whole site is built precisely so your files never leave your machine.

Before you write

The most common questions are already answered on each tool and in the guides. If an image will not convert, check it is under the size limit shown, and try another file to rule out a damaged original.
